Today is the day!

     Today I started my diet.  Well, it is not too much of a diet.  I am gonna try what I can to watch what I eat and how much.  Buy what I can afford and see if it works.  I weighed myself today and well,  I weigh 312 pounds!  I am so disappointed in myself!  To begin the day I had 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, and peanut butter.  It was yummy!  I was not hungry but I ate anyways.  So far I have not drank any amp energy drinks but I am on my third cup of coffee.  One amp should not hurt my diet too much.  Well if anyone is listening, do you have any ideas on what I can do to help lose the weight?  Let me know!
