Day 2
Well, everything is going good. Yesterday I had 4 slider cheese burgers for lunch. For dinner I had boneless,skinless chicken breast. A small amount of mashed potatoes. And about a cup of green beans. When I wanted a candy bar last night I ate Ritz crackers and a small cup of juice. It actually helped the craving. Go me!!! Today I had 2pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter. A chicken salad from Wendy's. One AMP energy drink. 3 cups of coffee. My belly is full! I am thinking I should do OK as long as I don't starve myself. I am trying to build energy up to exercise. Does any one know of any that are easy to do and burns calories? Let you know later how the rest of the day goes.
