Day 8 I think!
Well my some kinda diet is going good. I went to a funeral yesterday and to lunch at Mexican restaurant afterwards. So I made yesterday my cheat day. I have been eating my salads, one amp, and small amount of trick or treat candy. I went walking the other night for over two hours. It was wow, my body ached so bad! Trying to see what else I can do about losing weight. Let me know your thoughts.

Day 4!
Well today I have ate 2 pieces of whole wheat toast w/Peanut Butter! YUMMY! I have had one cup of coffee and 1 AMP! I am thinking of what to do for exercise today! Something that is not I am not going to regret tomorrow. Any ideas? I was thinking of dancing for 10-15 min. I did sweep off the leaves on the front porch today. It took me 7min. Go me!

Day 2
Well, everything is going good. Yesterday I had 4 slider cheese burgers for lunch. For dinner I had boneless,skinless chicken breast. A small amount of mashed potatoes. And about a cup of green beans. When I wanted a candy bar last night I ate Ritz crackers and a small cup of juice. It actually helped the craving. Go me!!! Today I had 2pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter. A chicken salad from Wendy's. One AMP energy drink. 3 cups of coffee. My belly is full! I am thinking I should do OK as long as I don't starve myself. I am trying to build energy up to exercise. Does any one know of any that are easy to do and burns calories? Let you know later how the rest of the day goes.

Today is the day!
Today I started my diet. Well, it is not too much of a diet. I am gonna try what I can to watch what I eat and how much. Buy what I can afford and see if it works. I weighed myself today and well, I weigh 312 pounds! I am so disappointed in myself! To begin the day I had 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, and peanut butter. It was yummy! I was not hungry but I ate anyways. So far I have not drank any amp energy drinks but I am on my third cup of coffee. One amp should not hurt my diet too much. Well if anyone is listening, do you have any ideas on what I can do to help lose the weight? Let me know!

Losing the pounds
Well, I am going to start my diet on Sunday 10/24/2010. I have tried and failed before. We are a low income family so buying healthy is sometimes a problem. Hamburger is cheaper than apples and it feeds the whole family. I like celery if it has peanut butter on it. Yes that is healthy, but to much PB is not. I love food! However I do not have energy to play with my kids. It breaks my heart cause I do not play with them. the way they look at me when I tell them I can't is sad. I want to lose weight so bad! I always fail some how though. This time I figured I would start a blog and maybe get support from others as I go on my journey to shed the pounds!
