Me Again!

So far I have just been cleaning the house for my exercise.  With finals it is hard to find time.  I have been eating healthier and eating less.  I do not starve myself or deprive myself of certain foods when I crave them.  It actually helps so I do not splurge.  My goal is to lose 5-10 pounds a week.  But I have to in order to reach my goal by my birthday. I know I have to work out more and I will once the stress of class is not a big issue.  Which will be next week.  However I will workout before than.  the kids and I have been doing a lot of dancing while cleaning.  It has been really fun1 They love it and I love it.  I am still in the process of setting up a schedule to pencil in some time to exercise.  If you like my blog please click the follow link on my page!
